Roof Trims

Create a high quality finishing edge; an excellent alternative to lead which is not susceptible to theft. Each trim is 3 metres long and is fixed to the wall with RB fasteners. Perimeter trims feature a drip return on the bottom, with a range of size available.

Termination bars are used to create a compression seal to upstands where cutting a chase or to neighbouring roof systems.

An alternative to using Plastisol Trims. The drip edge is a two part trim that clamps the membrane into place and creates a step into the gutter at the same time. The drip edge can also be used in conjunction with the Plastisol Edge Trims.

FIX-R PVC Trims are supplied with jointing clips, polypins; internal and external corners are available.

Trim fasteners are colour matched, low profile fasteners complete with an EPDM washer to create a watertight seal. For use when mechanically fixing wall trims and edge trims.

Fast and easy to install with pre-applied water seal. FIX-R trims are solid cored for strength and removes the need and cost of additional caps used in hollow trims.

Fast and easy to install with pre-drilled water seal on clamping trim. We offer a choice of ‘Built in Batten’ saving the time and cost of an additional timber back plate or ‘Standard’ Back Plate to be fitted to existing batten drip edge.

The two part drip edge trim securely clamps the FIX-R EPDM membrane by mechanically fixing and prevents warping or popping experienced with ‘clip in’ systems. The outer trim section features a built in water seal to accommodate different thickness membranes, seams and detail flashings.

Kerb & Gutter Joiners

Made from the same gloss finish uPVC, the joiners simply clip into place, creating a neat, seamless appearance.

External Corners

We offer external corner details in both black and white for FIX-R Gutter Trim and FIX-R Check Kerb Trim. These components make the detailing of roof perimeters fast and easy without having to make any compromise.

Internal Corners

We offer internal corner details in both black and white for FIX-R Gutter Trim and FIX-R Check Kerb Trim. These components make the detailing of roof perimeters fast and easy saving time and the need to try and manufacture neat corners on site. Corners are either glued or fixed into position.
